Friends Bruce Edmonds and Ashley Thomas are the directors of FORTIfi Insurance Ltd. They both have young families giving them personal insight into the pressures facing families in today’s world. Furthermore, their respective backgrounds in the financial services and IT industries give them a complementary set of skills with which to develop the business and provide some of the answers New Zealanders need to better themselves financially. The vision remains:
Bruce and Ashley share a common passion, vision and values. FORTIfi is driven by a deep desire to do something to help ordinary New Zealanders break free from their cycle of debt. Their aim is to use MortgagePlan and other ethical financial solutions to help people discover financial independence.
To this end, as well as helping clients pay off their mortgage faster, FORTIfi offers Mortgage Broking, Insurance, Small Business help, Financial Mentoring, and more.
Bruce and Ashley have also established a not for profit organisation - Abundant Trust - to give help to people in financial distress.
In the midst of tough financial times the business has continued to expand and grow helping many New Zealanders with their personal finances.
