We choose to follow MortgagePlan [M-Power] just over 2 years ago. Fortifi staff have always been helpful, and we were really impressed with how easy it was to reduce your mortgage by following the plan they provided. It was great to see our mortgage term go from 30 years to just 8 years, in under 2 years. By updating our plan regularly we enjoyed seeing massive interest savings.

We then needed to sell our property and buy another. It was not until we were approached by our FORTIfi Insurance Ltd Sales Consultant who laid out the MortgagePlan [M-Power] to reduce the mortgage we had at that time that we realised it was possible. We realised there was no help to come from our bank in this way.
We still didn’t fully understand the system – it seemed just too simple – we joined up and, with the papers signed, went to our long time bank to advise the change of structure. To our surprise we were told that the bank system was the same and they were about to advise their customers. We responded, “No thanks, you are too late!”
By following the advice readily available through FORTIfi, we were able to eliminate all mortgages in three years!

We were careful spenders and, apart from our mortgage, had no debt but we could still see that there had to be a better way by which we could benefit and be even better off!  This was possible through MortgagePlan [M-Power].  We took 16 years off our mortgage and will save $109,000 in interest repayments.
